Every unit is cleaned after each rental: floor swept, ash pan emptied, benches wiped, and touch surfaces sanitized with a Health Canada–approved disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria in 5 seconds and common viruses in 5 minutes.
Chimney, detectors, and hardware are inspected on a set weekly and monthly schedule - not just when something looks off.
Safety
Every sauna is equipped with a working carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, and a 5-lb fire extinguisher, checked before every single rental.
You'll get a safety walkthrough before your first session - covering exit procedures, safe clearances, and what to do if an alarm goes off - so nothing is left to guess.
If a smoke or CO alarm activates, everyone exits immediately - no exceptions.
You'll be given a direct line to our team for anything that comes up during your rental.

Real heat, real limits
Recommended sauna temperature is 70–90°C (158–194°F), with a hard maximum of 100°C (212°F) - real wood-fired heat, properly controlled.
Typical sessions run 10–20 minutes with a 5–15 minute cool-down.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
